The Living Lab 70 GW Offshore Wind is a joint project within the TEN.efzn research network of the Energy Research Center of Lower Saxony (EFZN). It was applied for by ForWind – Center for Wind Energy Research (University of Oldenburg and University of Hanover). Both universities are also spokesperson locations and home to the project coordinators.
